Who publishes your books?

We source books from various publishers in Latin America, Spain and also the United States.

Are your books authentic?

While we strive to source books originally authored in Spanish, we curate a selection of books that are both original and translations from English, German, Japanese, Italian and other languages. We find that books published outside the United States for the Spanish speaking world have been carefully translated to reflect regionalisms, matters of speech, and culture.

Tell me about the difference between book formats?

- Hardcover book: A stronger, more solid book, not necessarily bigger, with a rigid cover.

- Softcover book: Same as a hardcover book but with a soft cover, premium paper pages, and full-color illustrations.

- Paperback book: a slimmer edition, possibly smaller, newsprint style paper, with or without black and white illustrations.

How do I choose the right book for my kid?

A good rule of thumb is to find a book that is not too easy or too difficult for your child's comprehension level, maturity, and reading level if they are reading independently. Look for the recommended reading age under each book description to help guide your decision.

Can I send you a book recommendation or request?

Of course! You can leave a message in our Facebook community, share pictures with us on Instagram or contact us.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship our orders to the contiguous 48 states via the US Postal Service as media mail. Please allow 5-14 business days for transit time. Everywhere else, please send us an email to give you an estimate on shipping charges before placing your order.  

When will my order ship?

Please allow 1 to 2 business days for processing (excluding weekends). You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can view your order status on your Account page. The page will be updated as soon as your order ships.
 

Returns

How do I place a return or exchange?

All books and merchandise are final sale.
In the event you received an item that is defective or got damaged in transit, please photograph any damage to the packing materials and contact us. We will gladly offer you an exchange. Under certain circumstances, we may require that you return the defective item to us (we will provide a postage-paid label) in order to receive your exchange.

I ordered the wrong T-shirt size. Can you exchange it?

We will gladly offer you an exchange. To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and packaging, if applicable.  Please contact us within 10 days of receipt and before shipping your item back.
Make sure all items are well packaged, include the original packing slip or order confirmation, and have a tracking number. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
